Born in Tokyo. Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law and the University of Michigan Law School in the United States. Experienced numerous domestic and international finance and M&A cases at a major international law firm, and after becoming independent, has advised many companies, including those listed on Prime, on corporate governance.
