Osamu OGASAHARA

Auditor

Born in 1971, Kyoto, Japan. Following his tenure as a Co-founder of SAKURA internet, Inc., he occupied presidential roles at various internet-based firms.
In 2011, he launched nomad Inc., a venture focused on nurturing start-up enterprises.
In 2013, ABBA Lab Inc. was established to pursue investment activities specifically targeting hardware start-ups during their seed phase.
During that same year, he acted as the producer for the launch of DMM.make 3D-print, subsequently founding DMM.make AKIBA in 2014.
In 2015, he was appointed as an evangelist and returned to SAKURA internet to serve as a fellow.
In 2017, he accepted a professorship at Kyoto University of the Arts. Simultaneously, he took on the role of senior fellow at mercari R4D, an R&D unit focused on implementation.
Since 2023, he has served as the Director of the Digital Campus Bureau at Kyoto University of the Arts.
